I wish I could hit "like" to everything you post about a million times. Everything about your life seems inspirational to me. The kind of life that screams to me never settle for anything less than great. Because seeing you and your life shows me that real life can be amazing. Not just once in a while moments that are amazing, but most of them, maybe even all of them. I love life and you show me how I can love it more. Your story's reached upstate New York. I'm grateful and I look up to you and you're husband. You guys set the bar of what the rest of us should look forward to. Thanks.

Your comment found me first thing this morning as I woke up a bit bleary eyed and all I could do was smile. I can not thank you enough for such kind words. I will say that we most certainly have our struggles and are two regular, imperfect folks who just work hard to make the best of our situation and ourselves everyday. Life is beautiful and there is joy to be found everywhere if you open your eyes to look for it. Thank you for taking the time to write to me!

I just wanted to clarify quickly, as I'm sure you're a very busy girl =], that I have no illusions about the idea that your life is perfect and far more green over there on the other side of the country. I'm sure just like anyone else you guys have your problems and issues. What I mean to say is that its that fact, that you can be so happy and REAL, at the same time. Especially that a marriage can offer you the love and freedom to pursure dreams that you still have. A love that doesnt smother you or make you stop being who you are, but actually encourages is. As we see more often than not, marriage forgets to last. Or even when it does it forgets that the reason its there is to support, comfort and love every single day. I'm sure you have you're struggles, but in any case you guys are special. (congrats by the way). Your little girl is extremely lucky. I know this for sure because my parents were like you. They love each other in the REAL way. I I'm not trying to shower you with unnecessary compliments, I just wanted to say how you've inspired me. (also laurenashton is my name on tumblr, just so you dont feel weird about me knowing who you are)
